Has been the Executive Director of Sara-Timur Sdn Bhd since rejoining in October 2005. Prior to this, he was the Senior Contract Manager for Hiti Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd where he was later transferred to Hiti Engineering (Chengdu) Co. Ltd. as the General Manager of Subsidiary Companies for Shanghai and Chengdu, China. Mr Khoo’s career began in 1981 as the Engineer for Civil and Structural Design for Desarunding Consultant Engineers, Technical Sales Manager for Hunter-Douglas (M) Sdn Bhd followed after by becoming the Marketing Manager for Sika-Johnson Coating (M) Sdn Bhd. In 1991, Mr Khoo joined Corpro Constructions as their Technical Director and was involved in the Sutera Harbour Resorts Project Kota Kinabalu – golf and yacht club, business hotel and resort hotel developments. Mr Khoo received a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University M.I.S.T, UK.
