Awarded to Sara-Timur by Transmission Technology Sdn. Bhd., the Tower Project includes
Brickworks, Tiling & Doors in 5 Blocks (Floors 5 to 9). The project duration runs from
February, 2010 to August, 2012, and will employ 180 workers.
The RM720 million development within Kuala Lumpur Sentral is scheduled to be
completed by 2011, is a unique, state-of-the-art green office campus, offering ubiquitous
connectivity, a creative working environment and a contemporary business lifestyle. The
technology provider of the connected development is CISCO & Datacraft.
In addition, the K. L. Sentral Green Campus Office project was awarded Singaporeʼs
Building and Construction Authorityʼs (BCA) Green Mark highest rating, the Platinum
Award (Provisional) – Malaysia’s first commercial development to be awarded this highest
Green Building rating from BCA.
